Great for a short visit
I really like the breakfast and the dinning hall. Swimming pool was also a nice addition even though it could be bigger
The room could be cleaner. There was some mold on the bathroom tiles. The room air felt quite dusty.

Nice hotel in a great location but it’s the staff that make the hotel special
All the staff were amazing, so warm and friendly. The location of the hotel is great.
The menu lacks a bit, it would be nice to see more authentic Indonesian dishes.

Still nice. Keep it up.
Location's superb. The staffs are nice as ever.
By the time I stayed here, there was a renovation of their restaurant, so it's kinda annoying--it affected the payment system handling to be kinda slow. They also used to have 'Delman' for the city tour, but not anymore, and it's kinda sad (although you still can rent it at a city tourism center like Malioboro or Stasiun Tugu). The rest is still as good as it is.

What was the highlight of Grand Zuri Malioboro
Great 2 night stay!
Very close to Yogyakarta train station & well located for the Malioboro area. The room was comfortable & staff very helpful & friendly. There was a huge choice at breakfast & it was very tasty. The only downside was that we didn’t know what some of the food was as there was no English translation so it was a case of trying it, all part of the adventure! We asked for a breakfast box on one morning as we had a 4am trip booked & this was ok.
The only downside with the room was that it was very bright in the morning as there were no curtains just roller blinds. These did not cover the window properly so make sure you bring an eye mask!
